Tip 1: Get your tactics straight
First things first… list your (marketing) tactics and review them. Do they overlap or are the tactics distinctive? And if you swear by the well-known ‘Safe Haven’, it may be time to dock in another harbor. Why? Because of gaining new insights which contribute to your marketing campaigns. In other words: to succeed, you have to sell. In fact, you have to be the best seller!
Tip 2: Lets get personal
From websites, to blogs and advertisements, but also chats, mails and video calls; they are targeted means of communication, but do not limit yourself solely to this. If you use one, also bet two immediately. In other words: proceed to the next means of communication. How? Simple… if visitors already found their way to your website, blogs and advertisements, switch to chat or e-mail. Are you already one step further and has the contact already been established by chat or e-mail? Avoid ready-made links, but offer a (short) call appointment or video call to discuss a few things. And when a video call is already underway, proceed to offering a personal meeting. In short: creating different, valued contact moments creates a relationship and gets you closer and closer to your ultimate goal.
Tip 3: Stay focused
Do you have one or more e-mail addresses? Don’t stray and keep the focus sharp. No addresses yet? Start collecting (you can read more about this in the next blog).
